Where are you located?
I am based in Shepparton, in Northern Victoria. My office is located in the rear of the Shepparton Denture Clinic
122 Archer St Shepparton, with entry (appointment only) via the little gate in Sobraon St. Other types of businesses also use this building, so you experience a level of privacy despite the easy and free parking right out the front. A neat paved courtyard leads you to our shared waiting room.If you live in another part of Australia, please feel welcome to contact me as I also provide online and telephone counselling.
What are your opening hours?
I am available between 9:00am-4:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during Victorian school terms. I can offer after-hours appointments on enquiry. You are welcome to contact me within normal business hours to make an enquiry or book an appointment.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

How often will I need to attend appointments?
You decide how often and how long you attend counselling. Depending on the issue/s that need work, this can range from just one session to ongoing appointments. Generally, weekly or fortnightly appointments are most helpful at the beginning of counselling. Following the first appointment, I will discuss my recommendations with you, however it is at your discretion as to how we proceed.
Do you offer concessions or rebates?
In general; no. However if you are:
- a current client experiencing financial hardship;
- a parent looking to book appointments for more than one child;
- a Forgotten Australian survivor;please let me know and we can discuss options.

Is my information kept private and confidential?
Yes. When you work with me, I have a legal and ethical obligation to keep your information private and confidential. I will not disclose your information to anybody else except when legally mandated. I will only liaise with other services with your explicit consent.
I use a digital practice management system called Splose to store basic client and appointment information, which follows Australian privacy laws and uses the same level of securities as banking institutions.
